By accessing or using Swaranga (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Swaranga. Users under 18 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement. We do not knowingly allow access to users under 13, and we will delete any such accounts upon discovery.
You retain full ownership of the content you post on Swaranga. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content solely within the Platform for the purpose of operating the service. This license terminates when you delete your content.
You are solely responsible for all content you post. You represent that you have the rights to post such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. Anonymous posting does not exempt you from these responsibilities.
You may not post, transmit, or facilitate content that:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban without prior notice.
All posts are automatically reviewed by AI systems for policy violations before and after publication. Content that violates our guidelines may be rejected or removed at any time without notice. We also accept user reports and conduct manual reviews.
Swaranga is an intermediary platform that hosts user-generated content. We do not endorse, verify, or assume editorial responsibility for content posted by users. Our moderation efforts are provided on a best-efforts basis and do not transform us into publishers, editors, or speakers of user content for purposes of applicable law, including Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act or equivalent statutes.
The Swaranga name, logo, visual design, and underlying software are our intellectual property and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without our express written permission.
If you believe content on Swaranga infringes your copyright, please contact us via the report feature with: (a) a description of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the allegedly infringing content, and (c) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We will investigate and act in accordance with applicable law.
Swaranga hosts personal, emotional, and sometimes difficult content. Nothing on this Platform constitutes professional mental health, medical, or legal advice. If you or someone you know is experiencing a crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or a crisis helpline in your country.
We reserve the right to remove content that poses a risk of imminent harm to users or others, even if it does not otherwise violate these Terms.
Swaranga is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Swaranga and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD $10.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swaranga and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected to your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Swaranga at any time, with or without cause or notice, at our sole discretion. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability — shall survive.
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the applicable courts in the operator's jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You can delete your account and all associated content at any time from the Security tab in your dashboard — no request needed. For legal inquiries, copyright notices, or urgent moderation concerns, use the report feature on any post. We will respond to all formal written requests within 30 days.
